Returns Summary
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@calmiso.com with your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
